Co-Founder

  • As a trained educator Sharlyn studies Social Management at the Fernhochschule Hamburg 
  • With more than 9 years of experience as a nanny and personal assistant of a family with three children she is well aware of the challenges of day-to-day life in childcare
  • Sharlyn is responsible for the Client Relationship Management, Marketing and Sales, Recruiting as well as PR at The Nanny

Co-Founder

  • Hanna is a mum of one year old twin boys
  • She has a PhD in Economics and, since her Master in Economics at University of St. Gallen, Hanna has worked as a consultant in the Human Resources and legal compliance area for more than 6 years
  • During her childhood she has experienced various nannies and understands the requirements of childcare from a parents' and from a child's perspective
  • At The Nanny Hanna is responsible for the executive management, legal, financial and operational matters
